Tailwaters lodge is proud to offer drop-off dinners and breakfasts. Set your meals to fit your need, and all your meals will be enjoyed in the privacy and comfort of your cabin. Call us at 423-373-7164 to arrange your catering needs, or email us at info@tailwaterslodge.com.
Orders must be placed four days before arrival to give time for the caterer to schedule. Group numbers will be finalized within a week prior to stay.
Or, if you prefer to not use our catering service, then Food City Grocery store is only five miles away. All our cabins have well-appointed kitchens if you want to prepare your own meals.
Drop-Off Dinner/Breakfast
Enjoy a fresh dinner or breakfast casserole of your choice. Your fresh meal will be prepared in advance by our chefs and delivered to your cabin's refrigerator prior to arrival. Heating instructions will be provided. Choose from:
Pre-Made Dinners
- Lasagna with Caesar Salad and Garlic Bread (choice of Meat or Vegetarian), or
- Chicken and Biscuit Casserole with Salad and Bread, or
- Chicken Wild Rice Casserole with Caesar Salad and Bread, or
- Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Bake with Salad and Garlic Bread, or
- Susage, Peppers, and Onions with Roasted Potatoes and Bread, or
- Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans and Salad, or
- Country Cottage Pie - ground beef, carrots, onions topped with mashed potatoes - Served with Peas and Biscuit, or
- Vegan Enchilada Casserole with Sour Cream, Salsa, and Chips.
Each pre-made dinner comes with all the fixings and dessert.

Brown Bag Picnic Lunches
All brown bag lunches come with bacon, lettuce and tomato on your choice of croissant, white or wheat bread.
