Perfect little cabin nestled on 100 feet from the South Holston River on 6 private acres of land with approximately 400 feet of private river frontage.  Terrific for anglers who like to wade fish, or float. A fishing boat or kayak can be easily launched from the cottage.  Also great for couples looking for a getaway.  Private setting, cozy cabin with gas logs. This property is managed by Tailwaters Lodge located approximately 1/4 mile upstream. A Ring outdoor security system is operational on premises, views and hears noises on the driveway and walkway leading to the front door. Fisherman, please note that this section of the river is closed to fishing from Nov. 1st through Jan. 31st for spawning season of brown trout.Â

Tailwaters Lodge waterfront access is reserved exclusively for guests staying on the Tailwaters Lodge campus.Â
There are several beautiful public access points nearby. The TVA provides trails along the South Holston River, offering great opportunities for fishing, walking, and enjoying the scenery:
- Blue: Tailwaters Trail (1.4 miles)
- Red: Emmett Trail (1.1 miles)
- Purple: Osceola Island Trail (1.8-mile loop)
- Orange: Bouton Trail Loop (1.5 miles)
