The spacious layout includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, one level with over 400 feet of private river frontage. Trout House is managed by Tailwaters Lodge. This section of the river is closed to fishing from Nov. 1 - Jan. 31 for spawning. Ring outdoor security system is operational on premises.

Tailwaters Lodge waterfront access is reserved exclusively for guests staying on the Tailwaters Lodge campus.
