Hike the trails, fish the South Holston River (5mins), shop downtown Bristol (15mins), attend a Bristol motor Speedway event (10mins), bike the Virginia Creeper Trail (25 mins), you can easily enjoy all these activities because your cabin is close yet still remote.

Hunting

If hunting interests you, we offer outstanding hunting packages for deer, turkey and bear with a limited number of hunters each year and only four hunters maximum per day. We provide over 225 acres of carefully managed property to provide the best hunting experience.

Fishing

If you'd like to fish, we've partnered with the South Holston River Company, an Orvis-endorsed guide service to provide a premier fishing experience floating the river with an experienced guide so whether you are new to fly-fishing or an experienced angler, your guide will provide for you.

Sporting Clays

Interested in some target practice? How about shooting sporting clays right out your door at the end of the day before dinner from our sporting clay station.

Golfing

Perhaps you'd be interested in combining a round of golf with your other activities. Enjoy playing a round of golf on one of the nation's most prestigious award wining courses - The Olde Farm and the Virginian located within ten minutes of us. This is truly a unique opportunity.

Our Accommodations

Little Sinking Creek Farm offers The Cabin (3000 sq. ft., 2-bedroom, 3-bath sleeps 6) and The Barn (2750 sq. ft., 1-bedroom, 2-bath sleeps 2) for your accommodations. Both have been completely remodeled with a beautiful rustic-elegant flare that provide modern comforts and conveniences in a rustic setting. Large screened-porches offer a relaxing setting in early evening and indoor fireplaces provide a cozy alternative. Large firepits with complimentary firewood provide a terrific setting to spin your stories.
